I'm not a Bold or Mastermind kind of personality. In fact, put me in that environment and I start rebelling. We know intuitively what works--just go do it.

Good Tuesday morning Awilda. I know a lot of agents that have been through Bold. Some say it is the best thing for their business, some take it with a grain of salt.

Awilda,
I am with Nina Hollander on this one...One of our friends who owns several franchises always says that RE agents are constantly paying $25 for so many useless things per month.
What worked for us is long term planning, vision, research and strategy. A

Here again I find myself agreeing with Nina -- nicely packaged material for sure, but I too find myself in rebel mode when the environment takes on too great a prepackaged feel. It all comes down to basics, no matter how your wrap it. Get up, focus, work hard, respond, take care of yourself, get a good night sleep, then repeat.

Most things in our MC are free, Bold of course involves a coach from far away so there is a charge for it.
Most of these programs do help to accelerate our business growth and productivity.

Awilda Caberto, Realtor® I think you are lucky to have such trainings - believe me, like motivation, we do need the push from such events at our market center. I have done BOLD twice, Peak Producers for 3rd time and several mastermind events.

We each have to find the environment that we can thrive in. We are all built differently.

I think so many agents fail because they don't know "what" to do or "how" to do it. BOLD along with other training programs provide the how to. Now it is up to everyone to find what works for them, ie open houses, door knocking, FSBOs, etc. They key behavior most agents who fail never learned was lead generation and scripts. Do you need classes every day? No, at some point you need to execute your plan....but most agents have no idea how to start.

I have taken BOLD and I would say that it will work for some people & not others. If you are slacking on doing phone calls or don't have any scipts it does help to get you going and get it done. Just doing those phone calls you never made before will obviously lead to more business, but if you are making them anyway it doesnt help. BOLD to me was more of a motivation, get you going type of thing in my opinion.
I just recently started the 1 on 1 Mastery Coaching and that does help me because I get to work one on one with someone that has business insight and can help you avoid a lot of costly mistakes.
What I would do if I was new, get involved with some of the KW group coaching, Language or Sales or 90 Listings in 90 Days. You can take both of those for about the price of BOLD, 90 Listings will get you a lot of good scrips to use and Language of Sales just helps in every aspect of life.
Those are my 2 cents.

Having been a KW Agent in the past with decades of experience, it is like trying to ride a bike with training wheels after racing a motorcycle. Plus it is expensive and pulls the agents out of the field for long periods. I love it when KW holds these programs.
