2. Minimal performance gaurantees imposed on Brokers. Limit number of agents with intern status in any office

#1 and #2 will compel brokers to provide proper training and support services.

#4. Proper accrediting to agents for transactions completed. The deception of the public enabled by teams accrediting all sales to one agent need to end.

Better qualified agents.

More meaningful continuing education requirements.

If we raise the bar for entry into the profession alot of the issues we'd like to see go away, probably would.

1) Better splits for a young person trying to get in the business

2) More offices traing this same group

3) Online courses such as ABR, GRI that also credit continuing education.

lots of good answers..i for one would like a app that evaluates agents on a strict number basis.... in depth calculations... not reviews. those are good. but i would like a data based system
