They've been coming down for a while in our area and I always cross the border in South Carolina to buy my gas as it's at least 20 cents cheaper than on the NC side of Charlotte. This weekend it looked like they upped their prices a bit because of all the holiday drivers.

Captain Wayne - Prices are going down here in Arizona. They were like $2.67 a gallon just a couple of weeks ago, and last time we were at Costco, the prices of gas was like $2.25 a gallon.

Yes, especially diesel which is what my VW Jetta uses and I am not complaining at all. Ido hope that the gas at walmart was $2.05 not $205!

Yes, I heard today than barring any major news incident that most states prices will be around $2.00/gallon by Halloween. Of coarse, this does not include California, Alaska & Hawaii.
