Certainly less cash deals from them of late, but my main service area of La Jolla/UTC/University City, UCSD) is Asian dominated, so it's hard to tell the true affects yet. They certainly are the driving-force at UCSD which results in condo sales around the campus. Great article by the way, thank you for including that.
