I don't and I haven't seen a feedback form that seems worthwhile.

I still believe the best feedback is a written offer.

I do not.

Automated email request for feedback demonstrates an agent who is NOT interested in feedback but one who is simply chasing shiny things.

If I want or another agent actually wants feedback, that request will be shared at the time the agents talk to schedule the showing.

So, many agents don't 'talk' to schedule showings. Again. a don't care agent.

We use a scheduling service and with this service you can automatically request feedback via email.  It works well.

Sally K. & David L. Hanson showingtime has this incorporated in all showings. However, picking up the phone and asking for the feedback is the best way to go!

Yes; especially if I was not able to reach the client by phone.

I don't use email feedback forms, but a lot of people do.  Good for you for crafting questions that yield more relevant answers.

When the appointment is made, I tell the showing agent I'd really appreciate their feedback and that of their client and that I'll be calling once the showing has concluded or a few hours after.

Most of the calls get answered and I get the feedback.  I prefer a phone calls because the conversation can go further.  If an agent seems on the fence about asking me something, I can give the agent assurance it's okay to say or ask anything.

it makes sense that realtors would rather respond to a third part and stay anonymous

Sally K. & David L. Hanson I do not use email feedback forms. I do send buyers/sellers a release form for a testimonial giving me permission to use on the net, advertising, etc.

We do, but via a third party. How the house is showing to potential buyers is very important information for seller.
