Does not matter to me. Majority of agent that show are buyers agents, sometimes they are checking out the competition, and that is their right. None of my business and I dont care what they do. I like to get feedback, when I can to see if there is something I might be missing on the listings I represent. I have been in over 500 properties this year, gives me a lot of properties to compare to, makes me a better listing agent.
