No, that has never been an issue, most expect it to be more complex.

i think they know. our tough sell is explaining construction financing. that seems to be a higher hurdle

No I can't say I have ever had a conversation like that.  Have you? I have had a buyer tell me he had good credit since he had just bought a car and was able to finance it.

No doubt Larry, one of the most important purchase you will ever make is your home.

I try and explain the entire buying process to buyers, I work with a lot of first time home buyers.  Takes time to earn their trust.

I make sure they meet with a lender, who will take the time to fully explani the process from the finacial end...puts it all in perspective and gives them the privacy of dealing with someone else on those matters.

that's another reason I like the fact that we're listing agents....
