My understanding is that this is a place to share ideas; not censor them. Disagreeing with another participant's way of doing things just means you don't look at things the same way.  

It surprises me that the person would pick up the phone to let you know he disagreed with your opinion.  

Let it go and move on.  You tried. 

I'm continually surprised at how snarky some people can be and unfortunately, they're alive and well here in the Rain too.   It is too bad that they think so highly of themselves that they couldn't appreciate assistance when it is offered. 

Hopefully, they'll recognize themselves here!

I dont get too excited about what others do.

Don't you change a thing. I think you answered him quite honestly and offered your opinion which I do agree with. If he got snippy then you had every right to delete it.

It can irk you for a while, but consider the source...Blow it off and do what you have been doing.

What would be your purpose for sharing this experience?

I'd have loved to take that phone call --- AR, being a platform of many people and ideas under the same url, needs it's members to contribute their best work, structured properly, to benefit each and every member here.  Especially if you're paying for it, why would you do something to limit your ROI by copy/pasting??

That being said, sometimes you can't fix stupid.

Wow, what a ridiculous call to make. But no, please don't let one bad experience turn you away from your chosen track. Like you I'm here to learn and I appreciated your post about copy-and-paste blogs. (Liked and agreed.)

I personally think it is great to see pros and cons of ideas.  It makes us grow and think beyond our normal scope of things...

So unprofessional. People must think we have lots of time on our hands to argue about petty stuff and have no clients to service, huh?
