Look to those in the trades you need for your rehabs. A group pooling their knowledge of mechanicals and materials could be built to coordinate your efforts.

Ask other RE professionals in your community, they know who the investors are and who is sitting on a pile of cash just waiting to put it to work.
investors are all that much of a greener grass situation. you will have to do lots of offers, cut,wait on commish... they are all numbers and thats good... but it isnt all a bed of roses
I haven't tried it, but I have heard that many of the same investors often attended property auctions, and "courtroom" step sales. You may try that route.
