Hello all, I have a good investor that I just bought and flipped my first house with.. however I was wondering if anyone had any good advice on finding multiple investors that would invest in rehabs?

investors are all that much of a greener grass situation. you will have to do lots of offers, cut,wait on commish... they are all numbers and thats good... but it isnt all a bed of roses

I haven't tried it, but I have heard that many of the same investors often attended property auctions, and "courtroom" step sales. You may try that route.
