It depends but after the first visit and if they aren't relocation clients, there isn't enough inventory currently for most buyers. It typically ends up meeting at a house or two rather than riding along.

It varies if they are from out of town I pick them up if they're local I usually meet them a the home. I don't have a problem being the driver with serious buyers.

I meet the clients at the property. If they do not have access to a car or do not drive, I pick them up.

I still do some driving around, but mainly my clients will meet me at a house.

Agents around here do not drive clients. They meet them at the properties and if there is more than one, then they follow me.

I have taken up the practice of just meeting them at the property and/or having them follow me, if there are several to see of that day.

I prefer to be in the same car, though I don't care who drives. Going from house to house gives us time to talk and bond.

It depends. People I know, I'll let come in my car. I still find that is the best way to keep people on task. A lot of the time though, having people follow and meet at the location is more convenient. Not only is it safer for you, but if the buyers have kids and car seats, it is a pain to haul that from car to car.

I prefer to drive them so I can talk and judge their reactions. But, when logistics dictate otherwise I will meet them at the property.

They follow or we meet at the property, very rarely do I drive with them but it does happen sometimes.

I prefer to meet clients at the home and have them follow me. It just makes my life easier and more pleasant. It also allows me to schedule the next appointment without down time. I know it's not what to teach others but it works for me.

Winston Heverly We have them meet us at the first property and follow us for the tour of properties. No more chauffeuring. For high end buyers, if they prefer to be driven, we use professional drivers and towncars.

I only drive out of town relo clients if they don’t have a car. I think clients need time to talk without me listening in and I need time to talk to other clients, lenders, etc. by phone without buyers listening in.

I have always preferred to have prospects in my car unless they have children or special needs. Constant conversation saves a lot of time.
