hire the post up and I do my own sign up... I used to let the company do the sign, but then sometimes they would loose a sign, or not clean it etc... I just like the better control doing my own... your signage is what is seen first in the neighborhood, it represents you.. make it shine (and big! don't look like an agent who can't afford anything- mine are 36 x 24) seen from down the block... no doubt that home is for sale

I  "hire" my husband and he does a terrific job!  (his rates are good too)

I put up my own signs.

I have someone who puts up the big signs and then I put out the weekend signs

Debbie Reynolds Since my signs are usually 4'x8', I have someone install them and take them down.

I do it myself. Signs requirements vary from county to county and town to town, and even HOA's have sign guidelines. I like to keep on top of all the rules for different areas.

We have a company that does it for us.

Because our signage is regulated by the municipality placement can be critical due to size restrictions. I relish the opportunity to get another look at what I'm representing with every chance I get, therefore, I'm a do-it-yourself kind of assocaite Debbie.

Good morning Debbie. We handle the signage for every home that we flip, I want to make sure they are perfectly level.

I call the company who store them and order the installation/removal. That is the most convenient way for me.

Larry installs them. We used to have a sign company handle and wait a couple of days before they did it. Now we like to have control over it and install it immediately!

I have two left hands so I hire outside vendor to do that for me 

Debby, there are a few sign companies in the area who drive around putting in sign posts.  It looks like hard work!

we have a sign company do it, its a business expense, why wouldn't you?

I have a company that puts up and takes down the signs.  The cost is way less than the time it would take me to do it.  Let everyone share the wealth.

My son handles this.

We put out our own signs. Not cost effective to have someone else do it.

I put up my own signs. Unless we have to get creative, and then the guys in the office will help me if it's a difficult placement. 

I place them in the ground myself.

I hire someone to do it.  Its cheap and a timesaver.

For some of the lower end listings, I will place my own metal signs.  Though for most I hire a guy to put in posts.

I have my own signs, but hire a company to put up the post; sometimes they hold my signs and riders and do it as well.

Our company uses a service to install post signs.   I have my own smaller signs for condo/townhomes where signs are allowed.  

Most of the agents in our area use sign companies to install posts and the agents provide the sign panels that the post installers attach to the posts.

After 3 bad experiences I do my own and I do my agent for a small fee if they need.

We use the larger post signs, which are "hired out."  

me and my husband install them. 

Do it myself here....no other options unless I want to hire someone.

Past experience resulted in 'they' scratching the signs to such extent that signs could no longer be used.

I encountered the truck some time ago and understand those $100 signs are not treated as assents by those who jam them on the truck.
