Patricia Kennedy Suzanne was/is an HGTV fan - although - since we cut the cord and dumped the $100/month cable tv in favor of Roku and Apple TV she has not streamed many of the shows via AirPlay.

I stopped watching HGTV when it went from legit "This Old House Style" to fake Hollywood hosts acting like all is clean & easy work in 60 minutes or less. I went from watching it daily for years to, well,  I don't think I've had that station on in the last 3 years or more.

You used to be able to watch a great amount of real DIY programs like Paul James & Mike Holmes (still on but on the DIY network which is extra$). Yard crashers is pretty cool.

There's just too much plastic and not enough elderwood to make me watch anymore...they've become the Zillow of DIY to me and all I see them doing is faking out the public on the real-real estate process and unrealistic expectations. I also have seen the results of some of the worst DIY projects in flips from people that should have hired it done rather than weekend warrior-ed it done.

It's all pretty silly.... although I do get a kick out of Love It Or List It. My favorite used to be design star challenge.

They all give me ulcers...Some of the stuff they do is so over the top and not normal and the average person watching think it is so great.  Only if you plan on staying for a long time.

We enjoy on occasion Fixer Upper.  It is a couple in Waco Texas, he is an agent contractor who finds the worst house in the best community.  They fix them up beautifully.  They are charming, sweet, funny and authentic.  A

Patricia Kennedy They're all okay, if you take them as entertainment. One problem being the individual show formats are the same on every program. Just different people and houses. House Hunters International does get you to see a little bit of how real estate works in Europe.

I really enjoy Property Brothers and House Hunters local and internatinal.   Am seeing less of these though available during prime time.

I never watch them. They're unrealistic and who wants to watch people pretending to do what you do all day long anyway?

I am with Lise. i like cooking shows. I watch million dollar listings just to look at the homes.

I think they are silly - I like cooking shows instead! 

I watch all of them, I like the propBros alot mostly to see the transformations. House hunters for the locales but honestly "those" people and their "well the view is beautiful but we would have to paint the bathroom" uhhhhhhhh I want to shake them!

Living Alaska...Halibut Cove when it featured one of my listings and one of my agents...  I always liked Property Virgins and the design challenge show too!

Dont know any of these folks.

I watch the shows occasionally as many of my clients do, but I find them too unrealistic...particularly the renovation shows - their prices are never based in reality. 

Flip or Flop is my favorite.  I actually got to enter into an escrow with Tarek a few months back.  That was fun!

I do not watch any of them. 

I don't watch TV for years now...but for satisfaction, AR delivers well
