I get my exercise jumping to conclusions, putting out brush fires with my bare feet, and running like a chicken with my head cut off. I do this on a daily basis.

Every single day. Jog at least 5 miles, or work out on an eliptical for at least 1 hour, then hit the weight machines for another hour.
I used to be on high blood pressure medicine and since my exercise routine and modersating my diet, off all meds and BP well within acceptable guidelines. It does work!

I've thankfully been given the all clear to begin again after dealing with some scary stuff. I have a new cardio machine enroute which should be with me next week and I have a complete BowFlex resistance machine as well for strength training. I tend to keep to my home gym as I'm becoming more of a germa-phobe as I get older
And I can't forget my trusty Wii Fitness games !!

3 to 4 times a week I use bodyweight fitness. It's strenuous enough and doesn't consume hours of my time. There are several tuturials on YoiuTube and you should have a basic knowledge of physiology.

Started going 6 days a week this year and I am loving it, hard to stick to but I manage to get it done and it feels great after. Currently doing P90X3 from beach body at home and starting to mix in some running outdoors also now that the temperatures are getting nice.

Michael,
We take a 75 minute flow yoga class three times a week. It is very intensive. We walk on the beach the rest of the time about an hour. We love it!

I really exercise three times a week.
Sunday is a 17 to 30 mile run depending on the heat.
Tuesday is a 10 miler with cardio and isometrics thrown in.
Thursday is a 6 mile interval runs on the bridge incline.
In a week I'll do over 1500 push ups, 900 sit ups and 90 minutes of isometrics.
Other than that I'm pretty much a couch potateo.

Swimming. I was doing 5-6 times/week, but I've been bad the last couple of weeks as it's been cold. Need to get back on track - starting tomorrow (pool closes today before I'll get home as I have a very busy day of appts.

I get to the gym around 6am before work every day for 1.5 hours or so. Always dead tired when I leave the office and there is always an excuse not to go after work. I definitely noticied a huge increase in productivity in the morning and no mid-day lulls. The weekends are typically spent exercising my thumb on the TV remote.

Every day, usually play tennis. If not - do weights, stretch, yoga or treadmill, sprint, jog a little with my Border Collie, or walk with him, sometimes a combination. Need to cross-train and stretch to play better tennis.

5-6 mornings a week. I drive to the gym. Mon-Wed-Fri I do arms, chest, and back. Tue-Thu I do legs and cardio. So far so good!

I hike 3-5 miles per day, early mornings before work with my dog, pending how early I wake 95am-6am) and I have a gym at my office building, so I hit that 2-3 days per week after work.
I also hike 10-20 miles between Saturdays & Sundays with my dog. It's 10 without fail on Sundays, sometimes I have a light Saturday of showings so I'll sneak an extra hike in. We have a lake near by that is 5 Miles 1x around, so I usually do 2 lapse or I hike to and from La Jolla Shores and hang at the beach, which is about 6 .5 miles each way from my house.
