Hello Cap.  I put 5 cards in my pocket everyday to be disbursed to people I come in contact with during the day.  Not farming or door knocking.  Just people like you mention.  Mark

I used to have my wife leave them in the woman's bathroom at high end restaurants! I got some pretty amazing calls. I tell new Realtors--grab 20 business cards and don't go home without giving them out to 20 folks who you've gotten to tell you about their plans for real estate!

Talking about real estate everywhere you go and asking if they know anybody selling their house leads to referrals and buying more houses.
