Last year I had my busiest time during the coldest and snowiest months here.

For the past 9 years I have been a Realtor in Tucson, AZ Spring is the hottest time of year.  Normally the two weeks prior to Christmas is a slow time but so far this year, have not experienced a significant slow down.  I suspect when the rates finally start moving up, that will change.

Busiest starts February thru July, slacks off they ramps up again in September.   Should be slow in December, but not last year.

Usually busiest just after New Years, slowest right around Halloween through the holidays.

January through October is busiest.

We tend to have a very active market into December. We slow down in January and February. Then depending on the snowfall...we can pick right up again in March. 

Late spring is the busiest and from Thanksgiving to Christmas is the slowest.

Our market doesn't have a big shift with the seasons but I do more showings during the high tourist season. 

December is a catch up month rest of the year is over busy

My busiest time of year is when I was really working hard a month and a half prior and my slowest time is when I wasn't working so hard.  It all catches up with you.

Mine is still December and I am working to level that out with the other months.  While I am not a believer in the winter slow down.  Weather can be a factor on top of the Holidays.  Mark

The winter is suppose to slow down. Last winter there wasnt a slow down except for the actual holiday day. 

I'm in the flooring business and now is a busy time as everyone is trying to get things done before Thanksgiving.
