Good morning Ryan. I always have duct tape, some medical supplies and a flashlight.

I carry a flashlight that shows where your dog pottied on the carpet.  Its good when tlking to sellers about the smell in the home and replacing the carpet.

A swim suit. I like to be spontaneous and if I have extra time I head to the beach wherever I am. 

A supply of St. Anthony statues.

I tune pianos....have for decades....so I have my tools with me at all times.  Piano sounds terrible, I'm ready to fix that!

Ryan, that is an easy one!  It is a napkin so my wife or client can keep open the AC vent when riding with me.

Hiking pole! Just in case I feel the urge to take a hike. Soon it will be golf clubs!  But that's not so odd I guess!

I have scotch tape in my car.

Like Larry, I have a UV flashlight and special glasses that show pet urine. It is amazing how much there is on too many carpets.

First and foremost, hand wipes.  Great for vacant homes when you are showing a client who needs to use the facilities.   Silicone powder and WD40 for locks and misc, Duct Tape, a screwdriver kit, heavy duty flashlight, a blanket, a hidden bag full of change, and a sling chair.  

 Good Wednesday morning Ryan. I keep several self-help CDs in the vehicles. I like listening to things that will help me rather than mindless blather.

Four sweaters, all the same but different colors, for cold restaurants. It could be 100 degrees out but I always need a sweater for eating in restaurants. I have four different colors to coordinate with whatever I'm wearing at the time. They have saved me on numerous occasions in cold movie theaters, office buildings, etc. 

I have a pry bar. I saw it at a hardware store a few years ago in the sale bin. I thought it might make a nice weapon against people or dogs and it might come in handy for other things. So far I've never had to use it. 

I keep strapping tape to repair signs and anything else that might need it.

I have a very sharp fish cleaning knife. It's come in handy.

walking stick maybe?  I also have a full first aid kit. A few pocket books too.
