We never follow the 'pack' and what paint manufacturers tell us is the 'hot' color holds no weight. Besides, corrugated cardboard walls don't hold paint too well!

depending on how off it is, we specialize in the santa barbara look, sometimes we warm it up a bit, other times we go white white ( a tad more contemporary)

Am seeing more and more buyers like the darker colors with a contrast.

My choice for any color was outsourced...... when I got married.

I like it, but not sure if it would be my top choice I think it depends on the type of home for me.

White is always a good choice and then pull other pops of color.  I went with an off white on the ceilings of my home but I'm really into the light grays right now and painted the majority of the home with Sherwin Williams Wordly Gray.

Yuck! I am a "winter" so it's bright white or nothing. I suppose for my house....no, not even for that. 

I always been a little slower following the trends. I am still catching up with gray and blue tone colors.

Off white, antique white, then you have to decide between flat, eggshell, satin, etc. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
