Sharon Kowitz YouTube is very effective to not only help sell homes, but more important it is GREAT for exposure.
I know my own videos often come up in search results on Google well before others who are bigger players in our business.
I know myself, I am putting more and more effort into video marketing, and also information for buyers & sellers. Also just people who want to move here, or just thinking about it.
Engage with "people", not just clients, that's my motto!

we have tours of all our listings, but our main use is out of state buyer clients we have sold well over a dozen sight unseen by going out a videoing listings buyers were interested in.
