It's all about location in Albuquerque NM.  I've been all over the board this year in sales.

For the Sarasota-Manatee Market

Denver's average sales price is right around $400,000. 

On the west about 1.4 million.

100 feet east of those the average is 350 K

1 mile east of those 200K

10 miles east of those 150K

Until you hit the east shoreline, then it is 2.5 million.

My good fortune this year is success in reposition of my segment to be the 100 feet east market.

6 times that. But probably chased by 10x more agents.....

in my area the lowest ones are mid 300.s. the avg is in 550ish. the higher end is 1.2+

In Point we are a bit below this, I prefer to work in a little higher market.

$420,000 for single family homes

$350,000 Condo or Town Home.

Parts of my area are going for $565,000 and others are going for $1,395,000

I think in the mid $300K Debbie without checking.

In Martin County FL, there's such a wide range.  For September 2015 the median is $282,500 and the average is $438,000.

I do not have the avaerage sale price for my entire market area as I serve many townships in Bucks county.Average sale price in Warminster was $247007 in August. It is one of the towns in my market area.

Our median price is $525k.

Wow, that is low.  You'd be hard pressed to find anything decent w/ that here.

I believe median for county is around $650,000 and average $800-$850,000.  Of course some towns averages and medians are much higher - above $1 million.

Our average price is just under $250,000 for the entire MLS, but it can be higher and lower depending on local neighborhoods.

probably about $225,000 right now in our neck of the woods

We also have a wide range - from $600,000 to $1.4 mil.

It depends on who the source is. Just MLS or all sales. We see numbers from $230,000 to $270,000.
