It really doesn’t matter as long as they are on the same page and are both paying attention as we go. 

There is always someone in charge in a relationship but sometimes it's disguised.  We need to sell to both but appease the decision maker. 

FYI - I'm the decision maker in our relationship.  I've always decided to make the decision that makes my wife happy.

It doesn't matter who is in charge to me. All that matters is the quality of the service that we receive! It is nice to work with people that think that Customer Service is important throughout the whole process to all parties involved.

I would never base such a preference on gender, or on race, sexual orientation, age, or nationality.  My preference for who I work with is based solely on experience, professionalism, and integrity.

I thought, the wife is always in charge. Sometimes it is not obvious:)

It's best if the wife is in charge.  She knows what she wants. The man knows what he wants, but doesn't reognize it when he sees it.  He is too busy trying to get a better deal, which loses homes.

When is the husband ever in charge?  LOL!  Seriously though, it doesn't matter to me who runs the show as long as I know who to contact.

Doesn't matter, i just want to know who the best decision maker is. I am working with a couple on the selling side right now that if the wife makes decisions it will be WWIII on everything.

As long as they are comfortable with the division of power, I'm fine with whatever works for them.

I find in a lot of these deals where it is the husband and wife, or fiancees, the girl does handle a lot or all of the paperwork. In fact, I think EVERY couple's client I have worked with, so far, has done this. That's a weird coincidence.

I wont mine working whoever is in charge. all I want to do is help them find their dream home or sell their home at the best price. Their satisfaction is my success.
