I know this is not possible even if the education standards were increased, but if anything can be done to make sure every agent stays on top of communication that would be great. Listing agents to show appointmnets, agents not disappearing with no response for days during a contract, it drives me crazy.

There are so many things that might need change in the Real Estate Industry.

And if I was to start change it would be tougher restrictions and higher fines for bait homes being advertised.

Like photos of homes on websites, magazines, etc of homes listed at 50-80k that don't exist or that sold 2-3 years ago ;o/

More training for agents. Most ttraining does not include being able to fill out documents which is scary because of the legalities.
