I agree with Doyle Lee Austin Davison Iv unless you aren't good at making your money work for you, getting more ROI than you're paying in interest minus your tax write off.

I say use the bank if monies are under 5%. thats cheap in my opinion.  better off keeping your liquid cash. answer.. paying off second that is over 5%..
