Has anyone been contacted by Team Lear, an disposition manager for foreclosures? They say they will connect you with bank foreclosure departments and there is a small one time fee??????

I have nit heard and would not pay anyone. You can sign up with valid asset management companies for no cost. The big banks with REO listings do not use "pay companies" to list and sell their REO.
