The sun is shining, it is Friday and a 1st home buyer will close on their new home today. 

The fact that I woke up, was able to get out of bed and the sun is shining has already made this day great. What comes next is just icing on the cake!

It's great that we are finally going to get some rain.  

Waking up is always good. 

Closing 2 my last 2 pre-TRID escrows today is going to be fun and having lunch with a 2.1 million dollar seller will be exciting; ocean views in La Jolla, coming soon!  TGIF!!!

There is plenty of sunshine and I am healthy and get to do what I love. If I am really lucky I  might get to take a few photos.

Every day is a happy day around my home! 

Momma Cardinal will come to my kitchen window sill and take the peanuts left there for her. Papa Cardinal will come a short time later.

Everything after that replenishes the reservoir!
I am so very fortunate.

Getting one step closer to launching my new product, next week will be very exciting but the steps today lead to that. 

Having a great attitude to begin with, and do what I can to inspire others with it!

There's opportunity available everyday.

Halloween is one of my favorite times of the year and I'm very happy it is on a weekend. I can get lots of rest and still enjoy the spirit of the season. Plus there was no traffic getting into the city, I got a great parking spot, and we are having an office pot luck. 

The fact that it is Friday is enough for me!

I will wake up and feed my children breakfast, and let my wife sleep in.

Working on a new project!

Start of another productive week

We have RAIN! I love it so much. We haven't had such heavy rain for months and even it will lasts for a very short time, I enjoy it a lot:)

Today was a great one Roy Kelley ....we went out for breakfast ...mowed the yard ....and now watching the VOLS vs KY ....it will be a great day if the VOLS win!

That's a good suggestion. I will try that tomorrow.

I am alive, I have the ability to direct and use my own mind for whatever means I desire.

I completed a big end-of-year project today. The deadline was 10/31, so being done a day earlier made my day.

What was great about today, was Ron reconnecting with an old friend, and we are enjoying a beautiful day.  A

Beautiful day here in SoCal. I was able to squeeze in a meditation session and got some clarity in my mind. Bonus! I will be meeting with a dear friend for dinner tonight. Looking forward to the chit-chat and the catching-up. 

My mom will be cooking one of my favorite dishes so that's going to be great.

I am still above ground!

Waking up.  Yes, that starts each day for me!  Have a great day!

Everything.  All of the lessons and laughter. Particularly today .. I trust the massage I have scheduled at 6pm will be a really great way to end this blessed and beautiful day.
