I hope everyone can at least meet their goals.  I often have said the goals are written in stone but the timeframe is in sand. 

I'm ahead of mine and hope to have my best year ever.  With 8 more weeks to go I'm sure there'll be a few more sales to count on.

A smidge behind this year...  I think that goals should keep us reaching and helping us to raise our own performance bar. Meanwhile, I think we'll all find the importance of needing more and more transactions with the volume that seem to fall apart (a whole other topic!).

With a strong push, will hit my targets! Off to work I go!

Annual goals meet some time ago. Creating and expanding goals that will prove strategically beneficial for 2016 has been exciting.

By end 2015 I will be 40% above year start goals and will have a new venture ready for first release. These are exciting times.

 Good Monday morning Debbie. I'm going to do everything that I can to get my target.

I'm going to have to go with exceeding every goal... of course since I started off the year in Corporate America and hopped into RE in the second quarter, I didn't have any RE related goals.  Personal goals were accomplished though.

Greatly exceeding in a few areas, and neglected in a few other areas.

I have already surpassed. I am hoping for a couple more closing before the end of the year.

Debbie - I have not quite reached my goals, but have a chance to still get there before year end.

Above and exceeded!

I've exceeded my initial goals earlier this summer and now am approaching my adjusted one as well. Now, if I could get my calendar and holiday greeting mailings out a little earlier than last minute I would be very happy!

I have already exceeded my goals Debbie but are trying to get more sales in, I am never happy and always seek that great feeling of another deal well done.
