I have taught a couple of First Time Home Buyers' Classes, which have been great, but I would love to increase the attendance (wouldn't everyone). Anyone have any good marketing ideas to share?

I have found a properly structured advertorial in the community weekly will be a home run. You will need to toss your REALTOR lingo and agent mentality out the window and write a REAL advertorial that actually has something to do with the reader and the BENEFITS.
