I also rely on my phone which syncs to my ipad and computer.  I have leather "book covers" for my devices which provides the feel of a book but allows me to embrace technology!

I have always used an old fashioned desk planner that has plenty of room for daily notes. It is easy to retain these annual planners for any needed future reference on your daily activities.

I send them an eMail with the contract deadlines.  I use that to remind clients that is the SCHEDULE.  I gave them a hard copy. 

There are virtually 100s of these software schedules. I keep it simple.

Angelia - I use Google Calendar, and I can access that on my laptop, my cell phone, or anywhere I have access to the Internet.

I use my cell phone calendar and sync with google.  I use a printed schedule for activities when I'm working with clients.  I send them a schedule with important dates.  

I use Outlook's calendar, my phone's calendar, and I use daily planners. Most of the time, I prefer writing things out, pen to paper. I design my own so they are exactly how I want them, and I do carry them with me all the time.  

I use the calendar on my Iphone and also a desk calendar in my office.

I use outlook for planning and sync with my phone for portability.

I'm very old fashion. I still write things down in a notebook and on a real calendar. 

I like the flexibility of Google Calendar. It synchs with my phone and PC, and I can set it to send text or email reminders.

I don't use a planner like I use to.

I kept a desk planner for 8 years and have only weaned myself this year. My title company still brings them around, but I didn't even use mine last year.

I use my calendar to keep me organized. Look into the app market, you might find a great app that will help you with what you need to run your business. 

I have been using pen and paper but am thinking of trying Google Calendar.

Angelia Bynum if you go over your appointments a night before, you'll have a better idea on what you'll be doing when.

The smart phone is helping you - which is good.

Just make sure to say 'NO' to something comes up your way. And keep some buffer between the appointments.

I do use my google calendar to stay organized, along with my notebook I carry everywhere where I keep notes, and also messages received.

As part of the 7 Habits of Highly Successful People, I've been using a planner for over 10 years to stay organized and on time to important meetings.  Some people like to use the calendar function on their phone but I prefer a hard paper copy to keep with me everywhere I go and am able to quickly view the weeks events.  I highly recommend the use of planner or hard copy calendar book.

I use the suite of get organized apps on Apple.  They are so simple that even I can figure them out.  So I actually use them.

I rely on my electronic calendar / phone to keep me on track.
