I am looking forward to starting to cook - and then the grandbaby is coming to DC for Christmas! 

I will be home for Christmas, but no time off, just catching up, repacking the trucks and then off to the next projects.

I hope to be doing some traveling with Mike. I'm really looking forward to the holidays and having some time off. 

I jumped the gun on this, and am currently in Mexico on a yoga retreat! My husband and I most likely will carve out a couple of days for a little get-away.

I always take Christmas Eve and Christmas Day off. Beyond that, not so much. And I learned a long time ago not to travel during the holiday season if I could at all avoid it.

Yes, taking some time off...and also time for business planning, too.

I enjoy every minute of real estate.  When I was an active agent (I am a non-competing broker), everyone else was off enjoying vacations and I was there to pick up all of their potential business.  Holidays were great!

Yes I will be traveling to Florida to see my grandaughters in a musical.

In a semi-sort of way. California for December, but will still be working.

I always advise people never to announce any travel plans on the internet, whether it is public or "private".

Yes and I too am blocking time now. I will be Christmasing in NY so I best start planning!

Chances are i will be working when needed. It has been a very busy fall which will lead to lots of winter closings. Most in December so they can get into tehir new home before Christmas. Ill be there when needed

It all depends on what the agents do.  If they take time off I'll get some rest if not I won't.  Knowing what they did last year I'm going to be busy

Not normally, but this year I am blocking out time to go off the grid! If it works out, I will be doing it more often.

Good morning Debbie. We can't in December. It is always out biggest closing month, so normally will take the first or second week of January.  Will take a couple of long weekends.

I will do what I normally do, combine business with pleasure, in Hawaii including with my daughter and grandsons for Christmas.

Nope, I am working.  I can't imagine taking off time...

Yes, I have all of my family to my home for Thanksgiving so I need a couple days off to get ready and a couple days off after Thanksgiving to recover.

Right now, have no closings in December, so thinking of taking a short 4-5 days and going somewhere warm.   I know right after the first of the year, it will be crazy again.

No vacation plans -- I do have jury duty scheduled(on call) right after Christmas --- yeah, lots of fun(he said in typical snark fashion).

Will take some time off;  however no travel plans.  Enjoy your holidays.

Absolutely.  We're planning on getting a way for a couple of weeks across Christmas and New Year's.  Every year it seems to be the best opportunity in our business to take some personal time while enjoying the holidays.   

I'm taking some time off but probably spending most of it in town.  I'm doing the whole turkey thing for friends and family at Thanksgiving.

Not really - except for the holidays themselves.

It's been over a year since we've seen the family.  We're counting the days till we head east to see the grand-kiddos. We'll be answering our phones and have our computers with us. 

Debbie, my wife and I shut down our business the last 10 days of the year, every year. We head to Palm Beach County Florida to spend time with her family. If there is an emergency in real estate we have someone who takes care of it. We decompress, unplug, walk the beach by the ocean, and then wake up on January 2nd refreshed and ready for the new year. We have to set limits and we need to enjoy our lives.

We're all too busy now.... we'll all be taking the holiday off and the day before if we can....
