Most definitely they do -- whether they like it or not! For starters, they need to understand the crazy, unpredictable nature of my "schedule." On a more positive note, my young granddaughter is a great assistant at open houses and with mailing projects. My husband is my IT guy, and often chef. My other granddaughter is studying for her real estate license now, and is a fabulous assistant.

Not really. My husband has a broker's license and will help me out here and there, but he really doesn't sell.
