Jeez, why is everyone so negative about you asking a question. It's just as easy to skip by this and not answer than leave a rude comment. It is part of some of our courses to "Ask a Professional", and some people may not know many agents to ask, so it recommends that we ask on here. If you don't have any help to offer, please just don't say anything.

as students were not asking these qestions to get text book answers or google. our courses have ask a proffessional assigmnents. the whole point of this is to hear it from the side of the agent. trust me the majority of us just spent a decent amount of time learning these subjects before were REQUIRED to ask you.

 Im glad Im not the one posting questions NOW and the Real Estate School lets me search and use ALREADY asked questions by students on here.

I cannot believe this question and I cannot believe it is coming from a Realtor.  It is not worth spending any more time answering it.

Suggest you think through to come up with a good answer for the licensing exam.

I grew up in an era of discrimination and it should not be toloerated.
