I've used Top Producer for donkey's years because when I started they were pretty much the only game in town. I left them once for another system, but went back and haven't looked back.

I am using Buffini's Pro CRM and I like it very much.

I changed from Top Producer to Realty Juggler it's cheaper and does what I need it to. 

I have used Top Producer for 15+ years.   Put in not only clients but agents who have shown my properties.  

I just use MS Outlook, not willing to pay a subscription fee to some of the RE related crms.

We use Status 5, but may switch. Too expensive

I am using InfusionSoft, big time investment upfront to get everything set up, but no matter how big you grow your business it can grow with you. If you plan to only do real estate in one market and never have other busiensses to keep it simple a real estate specific CRM like Top Producer will get you up and running faster.

We've gone round and round with this and still use Top Producer after 12 years...

JJ Canull I've used ACT! since day one on my desktop and DejaOffice on my iPad. I use DejaOffice because it will sync with ACT!

Today I use 2 CRMs. One is solidly based on 1990's technology with wonder drip campaigns and ALL the stuff you want to do TODAY.

This CRM is WiseAGent.com

The other is for what I need for tomorrow's real estate business. It is engineered to position my business for the pivot into the sharing economy.

This is SugarCRM.

Unfortunately, none of these company has offered to compensate me for recommending them. DRATS!  But mention my name anyway.

 Good Thursday morning JJ. I use constant contact and it works well for me.

I don't have anything yet.  Using a spreadsheet for now.  Insightly is a general purpose CRM/project management tool and is free.  I tried playing around with it, but haven't spent much time getting it to work for me.  I've seen a few others that are geared towards RE but are pricey and have automated features.  Some lead generation sites also have CRMs built in.  Very confusing to say the least!

Just make sure whatever you choose plays well with everything else that you use.  Some support auto importing of Zillow leads and auto replies.

I use my brokerage's CRM.
