Tony, honesty is important, because home buying is a major decision for many people. 

Same reason it's important in life.  If one lies about something, let's say "advertises on the radio making track record claims that are blatantly untrue to encourage the unwitting public to contact that agent ()to buy or sell" then how can that agent be trusted to act honestly in a transaction when they are on the "other side"?

There is a book by Brad Blanton called "Radical Honesty".  It might be a good read for you.  Transformed my business.
