Lise, first I cried for the city I consider my second hometown. There's so little we as individuals can do except pray for Paris and the French and keep them in our thoughts.

I agree with Bob Crane on this one. All we can do from here is to support our troops and pray for those that need protected.  Hopefully the military of all those involved can eradicate the problem.

If the citizens were allowed to arm themselves, many terrorists would think twice about who or where they attack. Terrorists love easy targets!

My sympathies go out to the Parisians...

Say a prayer or more and keep them in our thoughts.

Good morning Lise. The civilized world will mourn with them, unfortunately until a united effort is made to eradicate these terrorists, events like this will keep happening around the world.

Lise - Obviously this is a very disturbing thing, and I feel very sad for everyone this is personally impacting. Hopefully there is something that can be done to prevent any further action from these terrorists.

I found about it driving in my car. After that I've seen many posts on social media sites. It is better than news, net communities around the world stand against the senselessness of such massacre. 

Lise, we had a scare because Donna's daughter, Andrea, is there - she is OK. But it's got to be scary.  I hope the catch the terrorists and bring them to justice.  

we can write our leaders and demand they stop being whinny and soft and combat terrorist.

Not much more that we can do, pray and let the military continue to hunt down this group.

This carnage is so sad, and have not heard anything yet about how we can support.    So sad, and hope those terrorists are all found and given the same treatment.

It could happen anywhere.  Two of our cities are on high alert now (NYC and the Capitol).

There is so much hatred and violence in our world. I work to keep my life peaceful and accepting, and spread that with whomever I meet. I can't control what happens 'out there' ...I can only affect chance in my little corner of the globe.

I just read it less than an hour ago, we have a dear friend and partner there, and a friend visiting.  Sending prayers and good vibes is about the extent of it.  A

I think we need to get our government to take this threat seriously before more attacks happen there or elsewhere.

Pray and vote when election time comes.
