No, and I don't like stainless steel.  It takes a lot of time keeping it spotless especially if you are going to actually cook in the kitchen.  I like the La Cornue style!  A

I prefer the lighter ones - they are lighter and just one color, so cleaner.

I may have to hide your question from my wife. She is ready for new appliances. Our old appliances are black.

I saw the KitchenAid black stainless and thought-YES!!!! Loved them,I would have them now if I hadn't redone mine 3 years ago.

I've seen it.  I wouldn't consider it.   I'm not happy with the stainless steel I have now.  

Have not seen this, and did not know this was something that has come out.  Will have to stop in and see!   If the fingerprints are less visible, I am ALL IN.

I will keep the lighter as it does not show the thumb print that would drive the better half to clean more.

No plans to do any remodelling at this time.  They may be out of fashion by that time.

I have not seen black stainless steel appliances.  We just updated to stainless 3 years ago and will be sticking with it a while.

I have the Samsung blk/stainless convection oven. Only negative is, it does show spots so you will be cleaning it a lot. I am loving slate, though!

We have always had paneled appliances that blend into the cabinetry design...no reason we think to make them stand out...different strokes !

If it is for a client/investor~ it is not up to me to decide. I personally into white ( French style). 

I've seen a black kitchen the other day, it is not for everyone.

I am not a fan of the look as it looks so institutional. So no, the lighter ones for me too.

It would probably depend upon the color of the kitchen, how much light it got and how long I planned on staying in the house.

I still like the regular type, classic, upscale, and with some care will last forever.

As with any design questions... it depends.  I like the black appliances in large, open, modern kitchens.  Not soo much in smaller spaces.  

I could go that way in the right remodel... of course, I used some black in every room, so why not the kitchen.

Lise, I haven't seen any in person, but I like the way they look in photos.  Guess the jury will be out until I meet one face-to-face.

Lise - I think in the right kitchen the could be pretty cool.

I like the stainles steel, but not sure about the black.

I like things light, so I prefer white appliances and just about everything else.

No, to dark for me.  I am seeing a return of white appliances and white kitchen cabinets in our area.

I haven't seen this yet.  So, I can't give you an opinion.

Haven't seen those yet.  I don't think they'd catch on.  Stainless is king right now.

I think I would rather have lighter ones -- I would also be concerned with keeping them clean.
