I've used Quickbooks for as long as I can remember. 

I use Excel and Quickbooks.

Quickbooks and it is coordinated with our CPA. They key is daily entry on any accounting software.

I probably won't be much help, but use Excel.  Have made columns my accountant has suggested and good at recording each receipt.

My husband does my books and uses Quickbooks.

Quickbooks Online.  I love it and I can do my bookkeeping from anywhere, and I can use any computer.  I never have to buy upgrades.  It is all part of the monthly fee.  

Real estate is a business just like any other. Quickbooks is pretty much the de facto standard these days when it comes to small business accounting. We've been using it since it was in beta mode.

I'm not a realtor/agent, but I use Quickbooks...and I thought that's the standard.

I like quickbooks it is easy.

I am only a real estate agent, and Realtor.  However, for tax purposes I started a PLLC for my business and pay an CPA to take care of all my books, bookeeping, payroll, etc.  Good luck.
