Amanda and Jared Christiansen run the most amazing social media marketing out there.  Their FB stuff is just inspiring (not to mention down right funny!)  They have created quite the following so I'd emulate them!

I think there are better ways to use resourses than hiring someone to run a social media campaign.  Maybe I'm just getting old!

I second Patricia Kennedy 's answer, and I don't think I am getting old. A

We do our own. Paying someone else is too time consuming as you will end up having to direct them and follow-up to make sure activities are done to your satisfaction.

I don't know that I would approach anyone... my gut reaction is this might be more expensive than the payoff.

We have our own concierge, who handles our social media and marketing.  Mandi does an awesome job.

Me, Myself and I.  I have a Concierge to execute it the way I want it done.

I don't want to delegate this. If I don't have the time, then I don't have the time. I don't think it will make or break our business.

Debbie and I do our own marketing.  I can't imagine someone else being our voice. 

No one, I do it as well as anyone that I have watched, and its my voice, not someone else!

From the responses I am convinced there is a lack of understanding regarding what a SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING CAMPAIGN is.

It is a whole, whole lot more than posting content.

Whose message is appearing in front of you most often? Call them and inquire who they use. I won't disclose my source in a public forum.

Good question....and I think that depends on which...if any social media you prefer to do on your own and which and how many and for what reason you choose to have someone else manage different areas...this has become such a speciaiized area it does not seem like one size fits all anymore.

Christine Gerbehy she has been doing it before people knew what it was.... she's also my wife, so it's an easy choice...
