Yes. Let me show the home for crying out loud before bombarding me with feedback questions.

I have had agents call me within 30 seconds of entering a house, and start blabbing about how great the house is and asking for feedback before we've even seen 2 rooms. Very annoying.

I have been asked for feedback while I was still showing the home. I arrived about 10 minutes early and opened the home, turned on the lights and was waiting for the buyer, when I was already getting requests for feedback.

I think it is an automatic setting. She isn't the one sending that to you.

It does not upset me to encounter another agent trying to do an exceptional job for the homeowner, although the action is misguided.
It takes a lot more than that to upset or annoy me.
"Sorry, I'm with my clients right now. I've got your number. Bye."
That is not so hard.
Now, to prevent upsetting so many delicate agents, showing instructions are "Call Listing Agent." Then I advise buyer agent of homes features, incentives and request for feedback." From reading AR responses in the past...this too, annoys and upsets agents. Moral to the story: It matters not what you do, some delicate agent will be upset.
"I'm with my buyer now. I've got your number. Gotta go."

I have not. I receive a listing feedback request within about an hour in an email and respond when it's convenient for me.

I've had agents call while I'm still with the client, but never had one call the moment I cleared the threshold.

Yes -- I have received a call while I was still in the house showing clients. That call speaks volumes about seller(or agent) motivation.

I think that would be annoying. You do need to see the home before giving feedback.

ours don't work that way......and I'm sure agents are thankful of that...

No. Usually Showingtime is just emailing us for feedback. I have never had an agent call me on the spot. Uncool!

I do not like the agents to call me as I can email the feedback.

I have had it happen and usually ignore it until later. Our keyboxes send the email asking for feedback also. Yesterday when I was showing, I went ahead and filled out the request while the buyer was finishing up looking, so I wouldn't have to remember the properties after I got back to the office. I get the acknowledgement also when a listing is being shown. I usually give the agent a few hours before calling or emailing to see how the showing went.

It is a choice of a listing agent when to request a feedback, if any. Most agents simply ignore that requests.

This situation does not arise in my area due to electronic lock box notifications because electronic lock boxes are not used in my board.

Paul S. Henderson, Realtor, Tacoma Washington I am sure there will be some setting that can stop this from happening.
Either a buyer's agent or listing agent, I am not comfortable with this.

No, our keysafes tend to either not alert us until the the showing has ended or at least 20-30 minutes after it opened.

Nop. Our system is intermittent. Often showed on the system a day later. Often does not work.....

Paul S. Henderson, Realtor, Tacoma Washington That must be very irritating.

Paul,
Way too much time is wasted on feedback, most of which is useless. Yes, instant request for feedback are annoying.

Yes, and it is annoying. I like to wait a day before asking for feedback.

We don't have these "marvels" yet in our county. The Board has been encouraging us to buy into them but many agents aren't enthusiastic. I didn't know they can lead to annoying follow-up calls. Here we usually text or email to touch base later in the day after a showing.

Too early for feedback, that is a bad idea!
I am so excited, we get new Supras in a week that will allow us to ditch the key fob, and just use our iPhones!

One of the big reasons to turn off the ringer and carry a flashlight!
I am glad that I am busier than to have to call for the info so quick.

Yes that happens here too and is a pain. Perhaps a pause in sending that email is needed.
