The right answer depends on who OWNS the team and if the owner is the one responding to the question.

The traditional team structure is predatory to all team members except the "owner." 

As a MEMBER my name needs to be present AND the transaction is accredited to me.  Without that disclosure, answering such a question is not advised.

If I'm leading the team, I would promote that team as that would have the biggest impact and biggest return.

Brand the team, it is much more effective!

If it's a team, they should be team signs.

Both. It is very useful to have  basic team signs. Anyone can use them. 

It depends upon the nature of the team member.

Charles - I would say if you are working to promote a team, then you should use team signs. Branding the team would be most important. You can always put a rider on the sign for the actual listing agent. Plus, using team signs would work, even if your team members change over the years.

Charles Ross - when we have a team, we are a team! Specially if everyone works for it with their whole heart. In such case, yes - group picture.

Now admin and showing agents are not someone that should be on signs.

I always like them to have personal signs with the team name on the sign, too.... and if they were using their previously owned signs, we had riders to hang from the sign....

I believe if you are part of a 'team' you should be 100% in it and only post Team signage.

This is a matter of personal preference. We do have to be aware of our state regulations on signs. I have always allowed my associates to use their own signs.
