Do you really think that some of those millions of no shows were testers, I thought they were just losers who did not have the courtesy to cancel an appointment.

I think so. A couple of years ago we had a couple who seemed to be testing us. We worked with them for a couple of months until they finally said they decided to wait a while longer before buying a house. Just a gut feeling.
