None of  them are worth Annette Lawrence , Palm Harbor, FL 727-420-4041 . 35% fees for never met!

I'm happy with my personal referrals never ending stream....thanks to Buffini & Company .

Annette,
I consider the source. AR member, or may be future business, ok.

But 35% is too high.

Most of those questions I wouldn’t mess with.

They're all in competition for lowest ranking.  35% is pretty steep and the citizen demanding it?  Don't even get me started on the legality of sharing your commission with an unlicensed person!

Took the survey. I was obviously a 'Fishing expedition' by a referral sourcing company.

I have never paid a referral fee, nor asked for one.  Doing so would get me promptly ejected from our professional organization.

But I do look for opportunities whenever possible to pass on a referral to help out others.

Good morning Annette. Past clients referrals is slightly over 40% of my practice and referral partners would be 30%, the rest comes from my blogging efforts.

I wouldn't be interested in any referral with a 35% referral fee.

I actually love referrals and see them as Manna from Heaven . It is very rare that I would have interacted with the Lead (w/ out having been referred).

Very interesting, and my answers follow the trend in some regards, but not all.

I rank them by effort and expense versus reward just like I would a marketing campaign. And the ranking changes as does marketing

Ooo. No, no, no, no, no and no. I paid 35% ONCE, to a bigbigbig intl CRE brokerage referring me a bigbigbig national client. I knew I wanted both of them and it was worth it on the next deals which did not require a referral fee at all. But no to the rest. I was able to click through to the results. Interesting!
