We were in Orange County yesterday at the South Coast Plaza, and everyone was using the valets to park their cars.  The restaurant we had lunch in had every table occupied at 1:30PM, and every seat and bar table also.  We had reservations.  The one next door was exactly the same way.  Both are high end restaurants.  As we walked toward Bloomingdale's both restaurants on each side were full..

The store was full, and each person there looked busy.  In our little town here, it is very busy too.  We avoided the hoopla with the one errand to the fish market to pick up our fare for Christmas Eve.  We also stopped at our local wine store and it was croweded as was the orchid place where we love to shop.  A

I'm finally starting to see things slow down. It has been very busy up until this week.

Regular retail yes - the Farmers Market yesterday - about the same...

The weather has been much nicer than normal.  It is going to be a green Christmas.  No massive ice storm with 4 long days of blackouts like we had 2 years ago right before Christmas.

I have a huge showing tomorrow morning, but there isn't a lot of little stuff going on. 

That is good news, Debbie Reynolds Better than no business but take time to enjoy the holiday

Me too!  We are having warmer than usual weather so far.  Maybe that's it?

It's been busy until today.  It seems like all the loonies are out and have nothing better to do than call or email me.

This whole quarter has been off the charts. Hoping it continues into 2016.

Yes; it is primarily due to buyers buying some great values. Many sellers want to get out of properties before the start of the new tax year.

It is hard to believe how busy it has been, even this week when we can usually sit back and take the week off. 2 new listings Christmas week and 2 new buyer clients. The weather helps and the interest rates are putting fer in people instead of waiting until spring

I'm rarely out shopping at this point in time, so can't say I've noticed.

I finally got some shopping in yesterday at the Ala Moana Shopping Center here in Honolulu. Just as well, today was swamped with last minute contracts going hither and yon. My daughter, the lawyer, keeps traipsing off to the ritzy Waialae Country Club in Kahala for client Christmas parties. Am I in the wrong business?
