Chocolate in all of its forms is good. But I'm trying to eat real clean for the first ten days of the year and don't see chocolate on the menu. I'll have to ask my trainer about that!

I prefer dark, or 70%, though I bought a bar of the 85% a few months ago and found it was a little too intense.

For taste - milk chocolate

For health reasons - dark

Dark w/almonds and sea salt - practically a health snack: dark choc for your heart, almonds - good protein; sea salt - iodine and electrolytes? Has to be quality chocolate or not worth the calories.

Joy Bender thanks for the clarification!  For me, the answer is "Yes please!"  I'm an equal opportunity chocolate consumer and I do not discriminate against any form of the sweet delicious goodness essensce of life that is chocolate.  Add some Jalepenos or some siracha or pop-rocks (Trader Joe's had a fireworks one that was sublime) and I'm even happier.

Medium let's say at the 70% mark. Haven't had it in eons.

Used to live by a dairy farm when I was kid & boy direct output with the milking machines around 4:00 or so. No chocolate at that stage lol.
