It's actually not "less effort, more results" leave it at that. It's the Pareto Principle of The 80/20 Rule.

More effort on the 20% that produces the greatest results and less effort, time & energy spent on the 80% that does not. It's one of the Laws of the Universe and aptly called a mystery, since I do not know why it works; it just does...like gravity.

I set out years ago to work smarter not harder. That is what I taught my new agents too. Agents that do this are more successful in the long run.

That is a mystery!  I still believe in working for income.  Even though it appears less effort, the work comes from a different direction.  IE: instead of calling on the phone and walking the neighborhoods, we write blogs, make videos, send emails etc.

Richie - I have been a proponent of Work Smarter Not Harder for a very long time. I see a lot of people who just do not understand the concept. I have also seen a lot of people who think by doing more of the same thing will generate more business, but that certainly is not the case. You need to find the best method that produces results with the least effort.

That was exactly my thought before clicking on the question ... work smart ... not hard.  I see too many people on the hamster wheel ... its exhausting and unproductive ... unless the goal is exercise.

You can expend more than half the effort attempting perfection once you reach 90% of the goal. If the processes are sound while reaching that 90% the ffinal 10 will fall into place like clockwork. The real mystery is why it takes so long to determine this.
