When I try and share a post the link comes up with my picture on it. I'm trying to share a post about a condo complex and I want the picture to come up from the post, not my picture.

Thank you everyone. If I posted it privately to me only I could refresh the link and fix it. When I posted it publicly I couldn't. I must of posted it and deleted it 5-10 times today. Finally I shared it on my business page instead of my public page, it posted wrong, but let me refresh the link and fix the picture.

The interface between ActiveRain and Facebook is faulty. As others have suggested, use the URL that should give you a selection of images.

Do not use the AR share buttons. Do it the long way & copy the link itself. Then the post pic should come up.

You must be talking about Facebook. Sometimes you can change the photo with the arrow toggle. I choose to copy the url and not use the share button that way I have total contol over the photos I use.

That is strange. I would contact support as that sounds like a technical issue.

You may also want to just try to share it directly on FB (copy the link) and maybe it will come out right. Unfortunately, the plug in they are using here doesn't seem to interact very well w/ FB and there are many issues. Often, for me, it doesn't show any photo.
