Dual Agency but we call it Multiple Representation up here!

Jeffrey Jones it will be sellers first for me. (on listing side. I mean.)
First 2 are buyer sides. Going to work harder to get more buyers this year.
I had a closing today and it was the seller's side. The next one which is tomorrow is the same.
Buyer side, relocation clients.
Buyer ... new construction. I listed and sold their San Jose home ... we closed escrow on 12-23-2015. Walk-through on their new home is tomorrow.
Looks like it will be dual agency. Writing one up tonight!
So far a Seller Side, but I am open to either one if it comes sooner!
Just had that closing, buyer side.
My first closing is scheduled next Monday and I represent a seller. I wish myself more listings this year:)
I am thinking seller side because of pending listing. But I could have a cash buyer slip in and close first.
First one next week will be buyer side.
My first closing is a listing sold where the buyer has their own agent. My second though is a bank owned with me as the listing agent and a transactional broker for the buyer
I've worked primarily with buyers the last couple of years, so I'll say buyer. But one of my goals this year is to balance production with 30-40% listings, so the last closing could be totally different.
Seller side then followed quickly by a buyer side.
Mine is a buyer's side.
All Seller sides that year.
In Oklahoma we are purely transactional agents working for the transaction and fairness for all parties, so all closings are that way.
