My basic model is to be there when clients need me. I work 7 days a week and am available after office hours when needed. 

My model is 24/7.   Shocks people when I answer the phone at 11 pm or later

It's a simple model.  Work 7 days a week and I answer my phone when I'm available.

Business model?  Accidental

Days of week?  Wednesday through Sunday

Weekends? Yep

Holidays? AAA and emergency

Appt only? Yep.

Systems in place? Yep. Emergency Medial Systems. When running the accidental business model, accidents happen.

My business model never seems to change.  I book all personal/family time first including Friday night date night and Sundays off.    I rarely begin work before 10am and always by appointment only.  My systems have been in place for years and allow my life to flow smoothly.

Thats a lot of question for such a little reply box.

Not sure which to start with so I will go with the second one first;  We work all the days except for Sunday, or at least we try not to work Sundays, but sometimes it happens.

Holidays too, but not too agressively and generally dont expect to do much phone work on those days.

By appointment when possible when dealing with clients or prospects.

Many systems in place, but could use more and sometimes they need work.

I work a lot. I thought I might have this afternoon off, but business called and I'm still at the office. I will also work weekends and nights. It's the nature of the business in my area. 

If I'm up, I'm working.  I may not always respond right away, but if I'm up I'm working.

I have all kinds of systems in place to support my business model.  I work nearly every day but not all day long every day.  When I find a window of opportunity ... I take a day here and there off ... but that is rare.

I'm the BIC in my office and I'm there most week days to be available to my agents  I do have some associate brokers that fill in when I'm away so I can take time off. I generally work a few weekend days a month.  I don't try to get buyer clients anymore, but I still list for past clients.  And I end up working with a few buyers each year that are friends or just people who seem to connect with me.

24/7, some ppl are handholders more than others, try to have personal time but would still take a call if I needed to...

By appoints, open house do what it takes....

I have had system put in place with two loyal agents who takes over on the run......

with AZ being seasonal we work alot more crazy hours now than we will in 6 months!

Say yes as much as possible- within reason.

Our ours depend on where our clients are located.  Often when we have clients back east or in Europe, we adjust our hours accordingly,.  Like Susan Emo we do schedule time for ourselves and family.  What I don't understand is when did real estate become a 24hr industry.  There is nothing life or death about it.  A

We work 7 days a week, but do squeeze in some "play-time" too.

I will work seven days a week but have personal time set aside and try to take Wednesday and Sunday morning off. Generally will take phone, text's amd email from 7am til 9pm. All Holidays have time set aside for family so by appointment only.

Typical (as typical as a week can be) Mon - Fri 7:00am to 6:00pm

Work day and night 

I set my schedule to begin at 8am and end at 8pm then I block out time for meals, clients, business development, and call backs.

Anybody that tells you they only work a certain day or certain hours is either:

1.  Full of it.  

2.  Married to somebody with a well paying job.  

Tony and Suzanne - I am available 24/7 right now, and try to answer all phone calls. However, if things got super busy, I might have to schedule some personal time off. Right now, very flexible to accommodate clients.
