Mary,  Some of the responses I've seen on those Q&A were, IMHO, appropriate ... essentially calling the person out on their anonymous status ... and not answering the question.  Clearing ignoring the questions would be a great solution ...

I still cannot understand why you would want to remain anonymous here. 

They might be embarrassed by the simplicity of their question ???

I typically don't, myself. Once in a blue moon there is an interesting question that I'm moved to answer, but I can't remember when that last happened.

  I do not...and would encourage others not to ....Just as saying "great report" for a "blog" that is fill in the blank with a different number from months and months...and years of exactly the same "blog"...urgh !

Good morning Mary. I will seldom comment on anyone that doesn't have their name as part of the question.

 Mary, for those who have posted on regular basis I asked him to do an update on their profile. If they don't, there are plenty of other questions.

Sometimes it's just fun to mess with them.

Mary Yonkers it's the question that we answer and not the face.

Of course, the question has to be better than normal question to grab our attention!

I skip most of them, but sometimes I'm simply curious.

I dont mind answering them if they are interesting questions, some people are just shy, or embarrassed that they do not already know the answer.

I agree with you in general, especially with those who are asking us for business.  I can see those times if you want to ask a sensitive question and don't want someone you know to figure it out.

I'm amazed at some of the ridiculous questions asked by paying members, let alone faceless profiles.  So...  no.  

I expect that points are the driving factor for some who enjoy playing the points game. It would be interesting to try a few months with no points in the Q&A section to see what would happen.

If there is a legitimate question then it would be rude to ignore it. With some of the responses i see posted, it is no wonder the public doesn't come here anymore
