I try to be more focused and prioritize. I also want to delegate more. I'm starting with changing myself.
My opinion is that you should incorporate video into your marketing, for listings as well as in generalm and in your blogging. And use it in your communications, say to buyer prospects, if it makes sense. I'm working on this

make sure its not all business.... make sure there is fun and family in your life or your business will feel it...
if your game plan worked well in 2015, stay with it....that's my resolution for 2016...staying with the program..
I have never had resolutions for my business. I have set goals and worked hard to meet or exceed them.
Staying in touch better with past clients. In 2015 it was crazy busy, and wasn't as good.
Make some videos.
I've been doing more automation w/ my CRM program for customers that are in process and past customers.
Video and Facebook ads are in my 2016 to-do list.
I agree with Jeff Dowler CRS the only thing I can't do is that email video. I think personally that's too much IMO
I like the idea of video too
To make clients happy while "killing it" professionally is my resolution, no specifics, but to live up to that statement.
