It doesn't have to be all business. We like to have fun with our clients. If the client is too serious, we still at least smile!

I mix the 2 pretty well -- I can't let fun take a backseat, it's riding shotgun whether I'm busy with work or not.

If you do not enjoy what you do, why you keep doing it? 

My motto in life now is:  Make it easy.  Make it fun.  There is always a way to add some fun!

The first car we bought together had a personalized license plate that read FUN 4 U.  Sadly it was stolen at LAX, and we could not have it back.  But yes, fun is an integral part of our lives, we pick our clients based on their fun quotient.

I always try to have fun even if I am doing business.  A happy client who gets to laugh with me is much happier by the end of the transaction.

Buying and selling real estate can be very stressful. If you have a good sense of humor and don't take yourself too seriously (it ain't brain surgery) then you and you clients will have fun.

You need to mix it up

There are times when it is fun, but not enough, more often it is more about maintaining and growing the machine so that others will have the jobs, homes and things they need.

Of course you can.  Just don't be obnoxious and drive people away.

That is true but if you try and focus you can find plenty of chances for a good time and some fun even while you are working.

everyone has a definition of fun...what's fun to me may not be enjoyable to someone else..... I love everything "sports" ..... I like to participate and observe.....

Some “deals” are more fun than others. But we keep smiling.

A Realtor has the advantage of only doing what they want to do.  We should all have fun and enjoyment in our jobs and realize how fortunate we are to be able to pick and choose our clients, associates, affiliates and activities.

If it's not fun it's work.  I don't like to work unless it mandatory.

Richie,  I will find ways to have fun. Silly things I do during my work day that shifts perception to having fun.  I even have an easy button.
