She should know two rules --- 1. Boss is right and 2. Refer to Rule#1.

that personal assistant should be dismissed and the agent is not paying attention to her "support" people.....

No, but I can see very easily how it happens. Obviously, this person doesn't feel appreciated. 

Most of the agents here on big teams have everyone sign a no discussion clause.

I have never been to a closing where there sat a personal assistant. Usually, the prime agent wants to 'play the piano'!

Paul - When I was in the business world, working a 9 to 5, I used to hear complaints all the time from assistants, or employees towards their bosses. It was pretty normal. Employees felt their boss dictated things that they felt were inconsistent, unethical, unprofessional, or that they just didn't want to do, and many certainly felt unappreciated.  

Not yet.

I am always shocked when I hear people destroying the reputation of their employer. 

Many job applicants seem to think this is a wise move, that is until I show them to the door.

Sort of during an inspection a sale when the assistant shows up to let us in and tells us what most agents already know, how they are a shield for the agent and how bad it is to work there. It was not new news as they havent returned calls for years

Fortunately not, Paul. But I'm sure the day will come. 

No, but I just had one of my vendors refer away one of my expireds.
